While various metrics gauge project success, the end users provide the final verdict. Even the most advanced products, boasting state-of-the-art AI, will fail without adoption. Buying and rolling out a new product without sufficiently involving end users is like designing a shoe without considering foot sizes. New technology is worthless if not adopted, and many firms invest significantly in tools that remain untouched, effectively becoming costly 'shelfware.
