In order to develop a set of best practices that law firm innovation teams can leverage when considering moving into client-facing work, LTH had a number of conversations with professionals at the forefront of client-facing collaboration, including Nicole Bradick, the Founder and CEO of legal design agency Theory and Principle as well as several law firm innovation leads. We discussed the challenges they encountered, how they overcame these, and what they consider to be best practices in approaching client-facing work. This article is based on those discussions.
