Seal Software, acquired by DocuSign in 2020, was a global leader in enterprise contract analytics. With Seal's machine learning and natural language processing technologies, companies can use artificial intelligence to find and organize contracts across their networks and repositories and to quickly understand the risks and opportunities hidden in their contracts. Seal is no longer marketed as a separate product, but was &nbsp;comprehensively integrated across the DocuSign Agreement Cloud&mdash;the company's suite of applications and integrations for automating and connecting the entire agreement process

In May 2020, Docusign closed its acquisition of Seal Software, after reselling it as Docusign Intelligent Insights as 2018. The acquisition was purportedly made for $188 million. Seal continues to address critical gaps in today&rsquo;s corporate contracting environment and opens the path to new strategic and transformation opportunities for the use of contract information.
