Her expertise continued to develop because of her engagement on a large high-stakes document-intensive criminal matter that went to a nine-month preliminary trial. Following that experience, Carolyn spent ten years at Stikeman Elliott, Toronto, where she developed and managed litigation support technology, eDiscovery, and trial support needs across the firm. Before joining Consilio, Carolyn ran an independent legal technology and eDiscovery consulting firm that focussed on providing legal services that cut through the noise to deliver efficient, effective, and predictable solutions.

Carolyn prides herself on providing practical, creative solutions through in-depth knowledge, project management principles, innovation, and previous hands-on experience to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. She provides guidance and support on evidence management and case management issues, overcoming challenges by leveraging technology and best practices to manage the risks associated with electronic information. Carolyn is continuously learning new technologies and holds multiple industry-related certifications.
