Overview

Organizing4Innovation offers a collaborative learning platform for innovation teams. The T4 program, that runs on this platform enables teams to get from idea to concrete outcomes within 6 months, progressing 3x faster with a 5x higher chance of success than the industry average. Most law firms innovate when an opportunity arises. That is, they act when they have the right people at the right time and at the right place to act. Such opportunistically formed innovation teams have one shot to go from idea to solution, while often being inexperienced. As a result, many firms miss out on promising opportunities or hesitate to act – because they cannot pull off innovation projects successfully. With our online collaborative-learning platform for innovation teams, we ensure that law firms can act on novel opportunities regardless of their innovation strategy, culture, or maturity. In the Master Innovator Program, program, participants learn how to make innovation projects happen in their firm when the approach to innovation is opportunistic. We teach how, with our platform, their teams can also get to concrete results within 6 months, without getting derailed by competing priorities, difficult stakeholders, and conflicting opinions, even when the project team has minimum resources and works on their innovation project part-time only.
